The ELBC-D50H50SIPM01 is a high-performance spectroscopic radiation detector that integrates a 2-inch lanthanum bromide (LaBr₃) scintillation crystal with silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) technology. At its core is an array of 32 ON Semiconductor J60035 SiPMs, coupled with an optimized signal summation and pre-amplification circuit. This configuration enables highly efficient gamma-ray detection, fast signal processing, and excellent timing characteristics.
