High-Resolution CZT Spectrometer ECZT-D2003

The ECZT-D2003 High-Resolution CZT Spectrometer is a high-performance gamma-ray spectrometer independently developed and manufactured by our company. It integrates a large-area cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detector with an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and FPGA-based readout electronics.

Equipped with advanced digital signal processing algorithms, the device enables three-dimensional depth correction, charge loss compensation, and K-escape peak calibration. It simultaneously outputs precise energy and timing information, facilitating accurate spectrum analysis, nuclide identification, and radioactive source localization—making it well-suited for demanding applications in nuclear security, environmental monitoring, and scientific research.
