  • Description

The ECZT-D2005 High-Performance CZT Compton Imaging Module is an advanced gamma-ray detection system independently designed and manufactured by our company. It integrates a large-area, pixelated cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detector with a custom ASIC, high-speed ADC, and FPGA-based readout electronics.

Leveraging sophisticated real-time algorithms, the module achieves precise depth-of-interaction (DOI) estimation, charge loss (charge coupling) correction, and K-escape peak calibration. For each detected gamma-ray event, it outputs comprehensive data—including 3D interaction position (X, Y, Z/DOI), energy, and timestamp.

This rich, multi-dimensional output enables high-fidelity gamma-ray spectroscopy, Compton imaging, and accurate source localization—making the ECZT-D2005 ideal for applications in nuclear security, emergency response, medical imaging, and scientific research
