The ECZT-E2001 CPG detector employs a room-temperature cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) semiconductor with a coplanar grid (CPG) structure, paired with a single-power-supply, low-noise, dual-differential amplification circuit. It integrates an internal gate bias circuit and provides a preamplified signal output, ensuring excellent energy resolution and stable performance.
Compact and highly sensitive, the ECZT-E2001 is ideally suited for high-resolution portable gamma spectrometry applications—including national security screening, health physics monitoring, educational demonstrations, and research in gamma-ray energy spectroscopy.
